Thanks to the Friends of the Buchanan County Public Library, children under the age of 5 who live in Buchanan County can receive a free book a month at their mailing address until they turn age 5! Parents need to come to the library, fill out a short registration form and their children can receive free books just like the hundreds of thousands of children across the United States, thanks to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
