netLibrary is a service provided by the Library of Virginia which gives public library programs access to digitalized books through an internet connection. Library patrons apply for an account by filling out the application below. The netLibrary may be accessed through either the computers here at the Buchanan County Public Library or at home using the username and password which we will issue to you.

Once you have your username and password (we will e-mail your account confirmation listing both) you can log in at www.netlibrary.com  More details and policy information is available on the netLibrary web site.

Complete this form (form coming soon) and email it to hspencer@bcplnet.org or come by the library and fill out a form in person. You must have a valid Buchanan County Public Library card to receive an account through our library.
