The Buchanan County Public Library TBA—Teen Board of Advisors is a group of 13 to 18 year old library patrons who meet at the library the 4th Thursday of each month between September and May at 5:30 pm and assist library staff in designing and implementing library programs and services for teen patrons.

Past programs have included an Oscar Movie Night; the 2006 Teen Summer Reading Program “Once Upon a Time”; and the award winning Halloween Program Library Mystery Night in which teens participate in a live action mystery using library resources to solve a crime.

Each year members have a special By Member Only Invitation Event and a Pizza Party Event.
